Who am I?

My name is Christine Southam. Before having a child, I spent a decade building up experience as an Executive Assistant in London and Berlin. All that changed at the end of maternity leave when I realised that going back to work would mean missing almost everything I wanted from parenting. So I decided that I’d create my own future as a freelance eco-friendly Virtual Assistant.

Nothing came instantly. Building a business from scratch was very rewarding but I also made (and learnt from) a lot of mistakes. I developed my skills through training courses, and have been lucky enough to receive lots of advice from smart, talented and successful women in the industry.

All this knowledge and experience has been honed and refined and is now in the ‘How To Niche In The Eco-Friendly Industry’ add-on kit. I want to help you get to where I am now and beyond, and to make it as easy as possible for you to succeed.

I've grown my business to the level of my dreams - My business and bank balance is thriving not just surviving but, it's safe to say, my journey was filled with lots of ups and downs!

My vision is to inspire a new generation of eco-friendly VAs who not only support leaders in the sector but can also help to introduce eco-friendly working practices to their wider clients and together create more environmentally minded businesses.
